Our rates range from approximately €600 to €2500, depending on the nature of the performance, the number of musicians, travel time, schedule, and any optional extras. Contact us by email at coverclublyon@gmail.com (coverclublyon@gmail.com), specifying: - The type of event (wedding, birthday, corporate event, public event, etc.) - The date (to ensure our availability) - The location (to calculate travel expenses) - The type of performance you envision and the context (acoustic accompaniment during a social gathering, a dance party, or both!). We will respond promptly with customized proposals to begin the discussion.
The sooner the better: the group is in high demand, and certain periods are particularly popular (especially Saturdays from May to September). However, please don't hesitate to try your luck in any case: even at the last minute, we will be happy to respond.
Our area of operation is the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, southern Burgundy, the Rhône Valley up to approximately Avignon, and the Geneva area. High demand within the group requires us to streamline our travel, but we remain open to any specific requests.
If you are a company, a local authority, an association, or a foreign individual: -> We will provide you with a single quote through our event production company. We will ask you to sign the quote and confirm your chosen payment terms (very flexible and adaptable) in order to reserve the performance date. If you are a French individual: -> You can hire the musicians directly. We will provide you with an engagement contract, the signature of which will validate our mutual commitments and allow us to reserve the date. Full payment will be requested approximately 10 days before the event. In all cases, our prices include all administrative management related to taxes, social security contributions, and the musicians' payroll taxes. The procedures are simple; you will be guided every step of the way.
Yes, we've developed two bespoke options to complement the live band for your dance party: Aftermix or DJ. These are ideal for keeping the party going uninterrupted after the concert, and also for managing any speeches, entertainment, music playback, etc., beforehand (during a meal or even a secular ceremony). The Aftermix option includes sound and lighting equipment rental (setup, operation, and teardown included), a 4-hour custom-mixed dance playlist for after the concert, and an on-site technician to manage speeches, key moments, playlist launches, equipment operation, etc. This is a discounted option perfectly suited to the live band's presence. The DJ option adds to this the physical presence of a DJ who will mix live on-site and can potentially offer more equipment and options. In both cases, the advantages are numerous: space savings (sharing equipment with the group), smooth transitions (no technical interruptions), simplified organization, and a price tailored to the group's presence. For a complete party and total relaxation for the organizers.
Yes, we can handle all the technical aspects – including sound and lighting – for informal events of up to approximately 250-300 people (depending on the context). We can also adapt to any setup: -> If there's a sound system on site, we can use it while remaining self-sufficient on stage (monitors, microphones, cabling, mixing console, etc.). -> If a sound engineer with their own equipment is present, they can manage all the band's sound (both PA and stage sound) by referring to our technical rider (available in the "Professional Area" (https://www.coverclub.info/espacepro)).
We can adapt to many venues and contexts (banquet halls, private homes, estates, castles, hotels, restaurants, etc.). We are completely self-sufficient technically, up to an audience of 250-300 people.
We need the minimum space required for our setup (4m x 3m for a quartet, 3m x 3m for a trio, 2m x 3m for a duo) and a nearby power outlet: that's about it 😊
We can play outdoors if you follow these recommendations:
-> In case of risk of rain, provide a sheltered stage area
-> In case of sun and heat, provide a shaded stage area.
This is to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment in all cases (tablets, computers, instruments...) and to avoid any interruption of the service.
If suitable sound equipment or a sound engineer is already planned on site, we can of course adapt to your configuration.
